General Rules at Coppell Center for the Arts
All seats in the theatre are reserved. Doors open 20 minutes before performance time.
We offer a discount of $3.00 for each senior or student ticket. A senior is anyone age 55 or over. A student includes students of any age.
We encourage parents to introduce their children to live theatre when they think the child is ready for the experience. We expect that parents will take into account the subject and nature of the show in question; the age, maturity, and interest level of the child; and would be considerate of the other patrons seated near them. Theatre Coppell requires that all children have a ticket for admittance to the theatre even though they may be sitting on a lap. Children under six years old are not permitted for most shows as it is generally not conducive to an enjoyable theatre going experience for younger children to attend.
Once a reservation has been confirmed or tickets processed via on-line purchase there are no refunds or exchanges.
Prepaid Will Call
The ‘Prepaid Will Call’ table will be set up in the lobby near the theatre entrance. If you have prepaid tickets, please go to the table and give the volunteer your name and you will be given your tickets.
