Late Seating Notice

Every effort is made to start performances at the announced hour unless there is an unavoidable delay. In consideration of our patrons and performers, anyone arriving while a performance is in progress will be seated only at times designated by the artist and their management. Late-arriving patrons may be directed to the most accessible seats regardless of reservations.

 

NOTE: Performances for all shows are Fridays and Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. and Sundays at 2:30 p.m.

How to Purchase Tickets

Credit/ debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) are accepted at the Coppell Arts Center Box Office. The Coppell Arts Center is a cashless venue. All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. You may purchase tickets using any of the following methods:

• Purchase online by clicking HERE.

• Call the Coppell Arts Center Box Office at (972) 304-7047.

• Email the Coppell Arts Center Box Office at boxoffice@coppellartscenter.org.

• Purchase at the Coppell Arts Center during Box Office hours, Tuesday through Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm.

Purchasing Online

Online orders are processed by Etix, which is the Coppell Arts Center’s authorized ticket provider. Tickets are subject to applicable fees and are only valid for the event date and time listed on the ticket.

Will Call

Will call tickets can be picked up during regular Box Office hours or one hour before showtime at the performance. For Will Call pick-up, ticket purchasers must present a photo ID for verification or the credit/debit card used to purchase the tickets.

Purchase at the Box Office at the Time of the Show (Based on Availability)

Seating is limited, so reservations are highly recommended. But if you haven’t had a chance to purchase your tickets in advance, check in at the Box Office before the performance to see if there are tickets available.
